Visitor Pass Application

Please read the following guidelines carefully before applying for your visitor pass to Jakkura Aerodrome.

Valid Government ID You must upload a clear copy of a valid Government ID (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) for every member of your visiting group.
Clear Photograph A recent, clear passport-style photograph must be uploaded for every member. Face must be clearly visible.
Advance Application Passes should be applied for at least 48 hours prior to your intended visit date to allow time for security clearance and Manager/Director approvals.

By entering the aerodrome premises, you agree to strictly abide by the following rules:

Restricted Areas: Visitors are only allowed in designated public viewing or assigned areas. Entry onto the active runway, taxiways, or hangars without a designated escort is strictly prohibited.
Photography: Photography of security installations, active flight operations, or specific restricted areas is prohibited. Please follow signage and staff instructions.
Identification: You must carry the original physical copy of the ID proof submitted during this application at all times while on the premises.
Right of Admission: Jakkura Aerodrome management reserves the right to deny entry, revoke passes, or escort individuals off the premises at any time for security reasons or rule violations.
