1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Jakkur Aerodrome Visitor Management System (VMS) or applying for a visitor pass, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable civil aviation and security regulations.

2. Visitor Entry & Security Regulations

Entry into Jakkur Aerodrome premises is a privilege subject to strict security protocols:

• Mandatory Visitor Pass: All visitors must hold a valid, approved digital or printed Visitor Pass generated through this portal.
• Government Photo ID: Visitors must carry the physical government-issued ID proof matching the details provided during pass application.
• Restricted Operational Zones: Access is strictly restricted to designated public or approved training areas. Unauthorized entry onto active runways, taxiways, aprons, or hangars is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Escort Protocol: Visitors must remain accompanied by an authorized escort or aerodrome representative where mandated.

3. Pass Application & Approvals

All visitor pass applications are subject to evaluation and verification by Aerodrome Managers and Directors. Aerodrome authority reserves the right to reject any application or revoke an approved pass at any time without prior notice if safety or security concerns arise.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Visitors must strictly adhere to aerodrome code of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or contraband.
• Unauthorized photography, videography, or drone operation without explicit prior administrative permit.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or unprescribed controlled substances anywhere within aerodrome boundaries.
• Littering or interference with airport ground equipment, flight training aircraft, or air traffic control installations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jakkur Aerodrome Administration and the Government of Karnataka assume no liability for personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring due to non-compliance with safety instructions or entry conditions.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and civil aviation directives of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
