Find answers to common questions about visiting Jakkur Aerodrome and applying for visitor passes.

To apply for a visitor pass:
  1. Register an account or login to your existing account.
  2. Navigate to the Apply Visitor Pass page.
  3. Select the target Place/Facility within Jakkur Aerodrome and fill in visit details (visit date, purpose, vehicle info).
  4. Upload mandatory Government ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) and applicant photo.
  5. Submit the application for approval. You will receive a unique Request Number (e.g. JAK-2026-00001).

Visitors must carry:
  • A digital or printed copy of the approved Visitor Pass featuring the verified QR code.
  • The original Government Photo ID uploaded during application (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, or Voter ID).

Applications are processed sequentially through Aerodrome Manager verification followed by Director approval. Most requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. You can track your real-time request status in your My Requests Dashboard.

Once your application reaches Director Approved status:
  • You will receive an email notification containing your pass link.
  • Alternatively, log in, navigate to My Requests, and click Download Pass to get your official QR-coded PDF pass.

Yes! During the visitor pass application process, you can specify group size and add member details for all individuals accompanying you in your visiting group. Each group member's ID proof details will be included in the submission for safety verification.
